mic static when I talk

Does anyone know how to fix mic static when I’m talking? I play GTA FiveM and sometimes people tell me that I sound very static..and the only fix I have found is to turn shadow off and restart it (and even that doesn’t work all the time I would have to do it over and over ) and I don’t like turning shadow off to fix it bc it will kick me
Out of the FiveM server I’m in and the wait times can be hectic to get back in…does anybody know what causes this so I can prevent it? Or how to fix it??

disable your mic in the sounds area when u click the speaker icon and go to sounds and go to recording disable your first mic and reenabling it it works everytime for me even when it delayed too
