fully resetting it and everything else but nothing works
fully resetting gives an error
and the support team does not help since i have sent a ticket like a week ago and all the replies i got were completely useless
For the full reset, you need to turn off Shadow first.
If you see an error, it means that your Shadow is on. To Close Shadow Virtual Machine, if it's open....
Please access your help menu :grey_question: then scroll down and hit Shutdown Shadow, then wait 2-5 minutes and restart your client to resolve your issue http://botrexford.shdw.info/reboot.gif
And after it, you can reset from your Account page
You can reset your shadow via https://eu.shadow.tech/account/, on the Shadow PC tab > "Manage my subscription" Note: This doesn't clear additional storage and your Shadow PC should be shutdown before resetting.
yeah thanks sorry i forgot to remove this. i tried all of that and i FQd it and etc
but eventually i deleted it completely and did the reset
which fixed it
