Well it isn’t working, so yeah I’d guess so.

Support wouldn’t be able to assist further either due to the fact you’re not in a supported region, but you can try 🤷🏻‍♂️

Remember that there is always the choice to Reset the Virtual Machine. When you reset, you will receive a new Shadow PC that is different from the one you have and which may not be affected by this bug.

You can reset your shadow via https://eu.shadow.tech/account/, on the Shadow PC tab > "Manage my subscription" Note: This doesn't clear additional storage and your Shadow PC should be shutdown before resetting.
