Resolution is 1920x1080 60hz
You'll be fine then with the base tier for the games you've mentioned above. I would still go with power for any modern AAA titles, even at 1080p.
Is it because normal one has only 12GB ram and GTX1080?
Yeah, with Power you also get a better CPU than the base tier along with 16 GB RAM and a RTX 3070 equivalent GPU.

No worries then, as I've told you earlier, you can upgrade from the base tier to power when it's in stock.
