I’ve had an issue for a few weeks now. When I’m using shadow, EVERY SINGLE HOUR, almost on the dot, shadow gets really laggy, freezes, and I need to completely shut down the app, and relaunch it. I’ve deleted shadow, restarted my PC entirely, restarted my shadow account, everything. It’s still doing it.

Best bet is to submit logs to Support via the app, can get a link that shows how if you don't know.. Then open a ticket with support, explaining the issue and including the logs code, todays date and local time.
