I m in the same situation , upgraded to power option 6 hours ago and I’m not sure anything changed , can you tell me what you mean by rebooting shadow ? Turning it off and starting it again ?

Exactly, turning completely off, wait in theory 1 hour and restart again.
Open Nvidia Control panel by right click on your mouse, or open task manager. If you'll see Nvidia A4500 you are on Power
