I wouldn't suggest to use vsync, did you already try using a fixed fps setting for every game using nvidia panel?

Then try it first, and if it works you'll need to adjust that file to read only, so it doesn't go to default settings after rebooting the PC

#

Go to the desktop and right click

#

Nvidia control panel

#

3d settings

I'm there

Just look for the options where you can change the fps rate

#

Max frame rate?

#

The other settings are almost irrelevant, but if you want to change smt do it, only if you know what you are doing

It was set at 58fps at first

Yes

#

I mean, I have a 75hz monitor but eh

I'd suggest trying first with 60

I didn't expect that to work, thanks

Then that's the solution, but you'll need to make sure the settings doesn't erase after a reboot, let me check the files you'll need to adjust
