Hello! I downloaded the windscribe vpn for my shadow machine, because I thought the shadow stream was running differently, and as soon as I started the vpn, I can't connect to the machine. I've since deleted my windscribe account, but the application won't install. I do not want to reinstall my shadow machine. Is there no way to either remotely upload a teamviewer or parsec and fix it, or put back a backup version, or somehow connect to it some other way? Because there are important files on it. I was an idiot, sorry

Try a shutdown, but if it doesn't work, you might have to factory reset your Shadow.

Ask support. They might have a way to get back some data. But not sure.

Yes, I tried that, I waited 3 times for 10 minutes, but the program decided to start the machine automatically, so every time I start it, it starts automatically. and so I can't mess with the machine

If windscribe runs at Windows startup, you're screwed.

Shadow literally says not to run any form of VPN or anything, as this can cause big issues. You'll either need to wipe the machine or ask for further help

Yes, but shadow-on out of thought. to avoid high latency and other problems. I thought that shadow-on would work, or something, to have the stream outside the machine, not inside the machine itself. But I know I made a mistake, sorry, it was an accident.
