Everything works regular with my mac input/Output, mic isnt muted. but when loading into shadow my output works but the input doesn't work. Tried installing NVIDIA driver and now my shadow says i dont have a bluetooth driver. I NEED HELP I NEED THIS SOLVED PLEASE SOME ONE HELP

First, no point checking BT on Shadow you don't and cannot physically connect to it.. However, the issue is that there's no Recording Device present on Shadow which it should be . You've done the correct thing and enabled via the Quick Menu though.. Also thanks for all the images anyways, more than some people post.
First thing to check would be, while on Shadow check Task Manager processes, do you see ShadowStreamer process or something like OCapture. The outcome of this will help going forward,

Seems your shadow hasn’t updated internal software. Which is why the recording device isn’t present. You can contact support about this they should be able to do something their end I think.
But personally, the quickest would be to back up anything and reset your shadow via your account webpage. This should get everything in good order.

At the moment i dont see anything for backing up on the account section

There isn’t.
You will need to use 3rd party solutions.
Sorry didn’t make that part clear, the reset option is what’s on your account page. if you have additional storage that won’t be wiped, only the C drive.
