I selected it and restarted twice but it sets me back to DX12 every time
Continuing to try different thigns and it wont let me switch off of DX12

Also use Fullscreen graphic mode.
Did you activate RTX? Might be why you're stuck on DX12.

Try forcing dx11 in launch options? Sure epic games has a way to do it google it if you can't find it
