Had that same issue, unfortunately they had to reset my c drive. I contacted support and they tried to fix it but couldnt, so they gave me a link to download anything from my c drive to my personal computer before they reset it, and then they reset the c drive (they do not reset your d drive) and I had my pc back again
So, contact support through a ticket via shadow website, they should be able to help you

If youre having trouble during custom installation Id recommend to use their preset, when I last reset my shadow Ive had infinite loading screens after entering a password

No is not a custom instalation. I was playing something on shadow and then appeared windows update notification. And I decided to update the windows(a normal windows 10 update). And after that it shows me "Choose your keyboard layout". And it remains stuck in that screen without booting windows normally.
