Also because why are you trying to patch the game? It’s not piracy or something like that?

This program just unpack separate files from .dat file. Patch button is used to force game to use these extracted files so u can change armor/weapon look etc. Its not a piracy. And i solved the problem. Had to change steam library direcory to other than default
