I have been using shadow for 4 months now and had no issues with connection until yesterday when I started having packet loss but it's says that my connection is stable and it is 5g so idk what's going on...

Avoid using shadow wireless. Do some LAN testing and if thats not resolving the problem.. a trace route from your device to you shadow ip and shadow ip to your device ip
