guys i tried to subscribe to shadow but
what should i do the power upgrade isnt available

You can subscribe to the basic version and then keep checking if there is stock available within the next days/weeks, the power/ultra versions do not have a specific dates to be available on. Once that there's stock available, you can upgrade and you'll be charged for the difference only, like if you buy it now (the basic version) and from here to 15 days you get the upgrade, you'll pay around $11 or $12 as the difference for instance
There's nothing you can do if the upgrade is not available now. Btw if you upgrade after you buy the basic version (and if you use the Shadow PC and get some files and stuff), your PC will reboot to factory settings if the PC changes the server location after the upgrade, wich is the most probable scenario (and by default you'll lose your files if you don't make a backup), so make your choice
