there's indeed a difference with local mouse/unlocked and shadow's mouse feeling when locked, this could be reduced by removing mouse "acceleration" from your local device/mouse, disabling all mouse acceleration/pointer precision settings in windows on both local and shadow

My fps doesnt matter it still feels like its at 40 fps

Or when i lock my mouse it just instantly doesnt feel smooth anymore
it feels like the mouse is locked at a certain speed when i move it
It doesnt move like my real life mouse does if that makes any sense

I had severe mouse lag a moment ago, and logged a ticket. Strangely though after a reboot/shutdown of the VM it came back lag-free. Have you tried a VM/Shadow shutdown/reboot?

Its kinda weird tho that my latency is at 26 ms considering i live close to the server my shadow pc is connected too
