anyway to pick location during sign up? wondering if the datacenter given is linked to the zip code given when asked "Enter your Zip Code" or the billing zip given during payment.

it is linked to the first zip, not the billing

now if you are in the SouthEast US, do not opt for Power - it will send you to the New York DC - Texas is not setup yet, and causes issues for users through that DC requesting Power.... odd that it is even an offer
