I've been receiving Error code G-468 for a couple hours now. Services Status says everything is fine, when it is clearly not. Is Shadow investigating this incident? What is being done to prevent this from happening in the future?

They can decide to move your VM closer to you, yeah.
This is one of the causes of this specific error code.

Ask support if this is the case for you.
It might be something else.
