I’m having the same problem
I havent had my extra 700+ extra storage for the whole month that ive had this shadow pc...
What did the support tell you ?
I have the same problem, I have opened a ticket but they have not answered me yet
they answered me that it will take more time to resolve the issue
that was like a week ago
i tried asking for updates but they said there arent any
How hard is it to add extra storage. Bought 256gb extra on top of my already 256 gb

It should be available right away, at least when I bought extra storage few months ago, I just had to reboot. Now hours later still nothing. It's bad because I can't use my VM since I'm out of free space.

I just bought extra storage a few minutes ago and I read the email it says “You have ordered 256 GB of additional storage and now have a total of 256 GB of storage.”

Yeah, that's clearly a website / internal api issue. Sad, I already lost day 1 on my Power, C: with 255 GB is almost nothing
Yeah it's pretty good actually. It made my life hell of a lot easier using Blender, AE and such... after struggling on my local PC, games also... You can reach it from almost anywhere
I hope they fix the storage issue quickly
I'm not sure, but it's getting ridiculous at this point, days passing by without being able to install the only goddamn game I wanted to play. They just put my ticket from yesterday on hold with no answer. Bummer

Yes, I opened a ticket yesterday, and they placed it on hold, no answer
Also, when I reactivated my sub yesterday, when I paid they charged me 1 EUR, then 20 minutes later the full amount. Now I paid for the extra storage, and 24 hours later still nothing. I don't want to sound negative, but that's a bit disappointing. EU here, I'm pretty sure it's a different support
I wouldn't have a problem with the unknown 1 EURO charge if everything had gone smoothly, but it's frustrating lol

I've been waiting since yesterday 3:00 p.m. for them to answer my ticket but they haven't answered me yet. Is it so difficult to add an extra space to a shadow account?
I only hope that the time lost in my subscription is rewarded.

They will probably be busy with other users, as there seems to be a problem with their USB over Ip software as well
