The data center (you are connected to) location from where you live determines your connection especially latency and packet loss.
geforce now is working fine and its also on frankfurt
what you could do is launch shadow (best if you are playing a game on shadow so you can see if it works) go to the quick menu and go to network lower your mbps to 10 then close the quick menu wait 2 to 3 seconds open it and increase the mbps to 50 or 70 mbps. fixed my lag issues
let me know if the issue still persist
