I have stated once that my usb forwarding is not there and now there's a constant freeze when I'm just sitting on the desktop.

What branch of the launcher are you running?
Mainline by the looks of it.

You probably use the 32 bits launcher. It doesn't have USB forwarding.
I installed it one day had it everything was working said it was updating then everything was gone
After launch when I'm on the home desktop if I don't move the mouse right away it freezes and I have to restart the launcher.
Check if your local windows is either 32 or 64bit, post a screenshot of system information if unsure
Yeah it was on 32bit but now there's this issue where after launch it freezes on the desktop forcing a restart it's been happening for a few days now. Sent logs each time it happens.
Logs are only useful if someone asks for them. Did the support asked for logs everytime ?
here i said that it was freezing but that was over looked for the launcher being 32bit nothing was done or said about it freezing
I was taking about the logs you said you sent.
They won't be read if somebody from Shadow didn't ask for them.
They aren't even when they ask I have been having this issues for almost a month now. Even got the emails I sent
When is the controller bug going to be fixed. Every launch I end up having to restart it because the controller either encounters some error or it says it's player 2 that I have two connected. I only own one controller and this has been going on since I first joined shadow. I had submitted reports in the past for this same issue. The only fix I could find is restart shadow and reconnect the controller
