Hey I am having an issue with starting up Shadow, it loads for ever then it pops up with an error

go to the question mark and under troubleshoot press the red button that says turn off shadow

did you uninstall the app and reinstall it?

yup but since no one from the support team is helping nor am I getting a response on my ticket imma just stop using shadow at this point

ye the issue is on shadows end
