I upgraded my plan to the power upgrade before paying for my second month of service with shadow. it charged me a total of $45 with the extended storage.
now my plan had been canceled?
i looked at my bank statement and see that shadow was trying to charge me a addittional $6?! for what? i have already been charged and have been upgraded.
now since i havent paid the $6 you guys cancel my account and i am now paying a EXTRA $56?! this is unacceptable and i want a refund for the extra i just spent!!!!!

Did you cancel the subscription before upgrading?

But I did get confirmation of my upgrade diets my additional storage . So why has it gotten canceled? I just had to reimport all my data from it being all wiped from my upgrade and now it’s happened again? This is ridiculous
I’ve spend over $100 now. I should be refunded .
