The same thing happened to me. I've been trying to get it resolved through tickets with no luck.

And kinda fishy
They told me that it was paid for on the 22nd, and not the 23rd. Saying I gotta buy it again
So it automatically taking $31 from my account the day before the 23rd didn't count according to them, so I'm down $31 and I don't get to have a shadow pc
