Had the same issue awhile back

You can update your graphic drivers using Nvidia GeForce Experience: https://help.shadow.tech/hc/en-gb/articles/360000455674-How-to-update-NVIDIA-Drivers-on-Shadow

For Windows drivers, it would be the updates in your Windows settings.

Hey Jonathan, thanks for the tips. I updated my Nvidia Drivers from the GeForce experience. and just to be sure, completed all Windows Updates inside Shadow. I'm still getting when I press the play button it just goes dim.
