I’ve tried to purchase shadow vr and I have enough money for it on my debit card but I keep getting an error for the purchase it, but through my bank is shows a dollar pending from shadow but I never got my account to it?

You need enough for 2 charges, one to pre auth and the other to get the service. The pending one should get refunded

try paypal.. i was forced to use paypal to make the payment because i don't know why i was getting a error using my debit card

In that case it’s likely a shadow error. If you have a PayPal use that, or wait till shadows payment system is fixed
