#Black Screen upon loading my shadow on any device or with any number of devices.

I have the same issue since Monday and no solution yet. I contacted the support center but it’s the same
I’ve been having the same problem for eight days now, they told me to wait for a developer to solve the issue, who know how long is it gonna take…cause we’re in the middle of the holidays…
I can understand a little error here and there turn off your shadow and try later, some problems with connecting other devices, a little bit of lag but an error that literally doesn’t allow you to use your shadow at all across any device for days….IS CRAZY
I just got this issue. Haven't tried reinstalling anything, wanted to see if there was an easy fix.
I have already done all of that, plus every single option everyone had been telling I’m sure is not a problem with our devices, contact support and start a ticket so they fix it cause if they don’t see people complaining I’m sure they won’t care
I did the reset through the browser (at https://eu.shadow.tech/account/en-US ) and it fixed it. I had a similar problem to yours where it would get to the login screen and then go black. Not sure why yours is not working. I have the most basic tier in Portland.
Did you loose your files by doing the reset?
