#USB devices not connecting (X52 H.O.T.A.S)

The X52 works ok on the host machine, it appears in the host machine USB list.
Shadow PC quick menu says the Saitek PLC X52 USB is being forwarded, but it doesn't appear in the Shadow PC USB list, attempting to install an X52 software doesn't work as it doesn't detect the device. Any suggestions?

I got it to to detect but it won't let me update the drivers it keep saying USB does not recognized the device you connected and the device malfunction and windows does not recognize it

  • use direct ethernet, not wifi.

I'm not using WiFi Ethernet cord connect

Then only thing left is living closer to the datacenter.

You will not get a better latency if you're already using direct ethernet.

The time data takes to go from your local device to the Shadow datacenter.

You can't change, and you can ask support where you're at.

for some reason everything works but im unable to forward usb devices at all

Try deleting the device in the Windows devices manager.
Then install again the device's drivers in Shadow.

But if you have the same message, this could really mean high latency.
