Not cool at all. For a first time user, I'm really not impressed. I was going to use my one time payment card as well but ended up using multi use card instead. Definitely annoyed right now

Contact support as soon as possible. They are the only ones that they look was going on. Keep in mind we're on weekends so support could answer after a day and more

I gathered that. I'm also getting high latency. I may need to change server location but you can't do that manually
