i ordered shadow on the 10th on November (normal with 3x extra storage which is total to £38.96), on the panel its showing 2 payments (image below) and my bank app is showing the payments £14.30 on 11th November + £38.96 on 21th November, when will the next payment date be and will it just be the normal £38.96? im just confused as its taken 2 payments in one month and 1 is not the same price as what my subscription should be so i thought id ask here

i downloaded invoices and the first one is "Prorated Charges" which makes sense and then on 2nd invoice it shows this.. would this be the next payment date or is it worth still contacting support to make sure?

Hmm. Bit weird if you ordered on the 10th. It’s almost as if you already had a renewal date in place (21st) and you paid for the days usage up to it when you ordered. Not sure why your renewal date wouldn’t be the 10th, that would indeed need support.
