Can't sign into shadow account at all, can't update payment. | Shadow (ENG) | Page 1

So, I can't sign into shadow to update an expired card, and I'm at risk of loosing my shadow subscription.

I have seen that there is a link in my emails to update my password as part of some back-end switcheroo, but it has expired and won't work anymore. I have no way to access my account at all to access support, other than replying to a very old email ticket I had.

Anyone else got any suggestions?

Shadow homepage, try to connect to the user panel, say you forgot your password.

done that too, the emails aren't coming through to my inbox.

I should add that it seems to let me create a new account using my email address, so not sure what's happened there.

@river tartan that doesn't work, they keep telling me to go and download my data from the FTP while they find my account. but I can't log in because they have lost my account. I've been on for weeks trying to resolve this and I'm getting nowhere.

I can't log in to anything, and nobody knows why.
