Hi I upgraded to Shadow Power, however have been having latency issues since upgrading. I have discovered that Power VMs are not in data centers near me and was wondering if it would be possible to downgrade and return to my nearest data center?

Even if you do downgrade you will need to contact support to get moved back, and its a 50/50 they will actually let you without making a new account

We have the option, they just throw you on another data center. Pretty sure that’s why I’m having so many problems like stutters and spikes of massive input lag
