If NL you need just the 4 numbers

You log into your account https://eu.shadow.tech/account/ and you'll see it to add ( I think in Manage My Subscription) it's sold out at the moment though.

So that is something I tried, as shadow seems to think I have a Dutch account. When I click "upgrade to Power, it says I already have a subscription, when It choose upgrade through account management I am asked for a required coupon?

It’s sold out atm.

Seems they need a better way to implement that fact. But if you go to the shadow main website and hit subscribe and put postcode in you’ll see just Shadow. When power is in stock it shows both. I’d say check once a day or every other day. Or keep an eye out for people mentioning they can order power for UK/NL

I see both.. I got an email offering the upgrade, the button on the email brings me to a page saying I am already subscribed to shadow..

You will need the full funds as authorisation, but you will only pay the cost of Power from now till next bill

how do i get into the new one?

You would need to -

A. Create new account and order all over with a different email address then Contact support via that old one to cancel and see if can refund or credit the remaining days onto the other account due to wanting Power but on the "Legacy System"

B. Cancel the current one, use it till it ends (22nd Nov) and then delete the account 24 hours after subscription has ended. Proceed to order new account with the same email address.
