Mouse Double clicking and scroll jumping

So for some reason when i do a single click my mouse will just at random times double click without reason and sometimes when im scrolling i scroll up it goes up a little then just scroll down same with scrolling down i checked on my local pc and everything is perfectly fine so any fixes?

Did you get a fix for this? Mine is doing the same when I single click, it sometimes randomly double clicks
