Hey um shadow why is my payment due when I have emails saying it went through, another saying it didn't, cashapp isn't saying it is but the first amount I added is gone. and the site says it was due in 1970?? I payed once and now nothing is working somehow

I think the issue is wish cashapp confirmation system with anything online
Because its pending an already confirmed order I did on steam,
I would still like an answer as to if my shadow is payed for the month or not
if you've added extra storage to your Shadow PC there a bug that cause this issues adding extra storage get stuck at "adding additional storage" when you first add extra storage to your Shadow PC. it would seem like your payment didn't go through when it has to fix this submit a support ticket they're hammered right now with other tickets.
I understand theres alot of tickets which is why im so patient but the money for this is gone and this one email says reciept and the next day it needs a payment.
I did get extra storage but i put in over the amount for the month seen in this (my monthly is 32.98)
Cashapp support keeps saying its a problem with the seller which should be wrong since I can use the product I bought
Also I DO have a ticket email but you just tell me to resubscribe even when the money has been charged twice, refunded, and now charged again
I don't know what else the team CAN do about this but if payments don't stop i'll just unsubscribe and wait a few days if that could fix it

Yesterday my subscription ran out, it auto subs but this time since i didnt have the money in my account it declined, i have the money in my account now but it hasnt taken it out yet, im just curious as to when or will it re sub.....
You can submit a ticket an ask them to manual charge your card this what I did when I got the same email as you above.
