Yes it's legit.. But also yes sometimes Shadow emails go to spam. No idea why

Little tip if your email program support VIP contacts or favourites then add the Shadow email.

Be wary though, I got the same email, followed the instructions and now I can't access my Shadow. Support said they had to send my issue onto their devs. Been down for 2 days 😑
