I had through of something. Do it's possible that my 2-3 years laptop ethernet card causes lags and some packages loss? Do using a USB Wi-fi would help? My ethernet is an Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz. Maybe it's start to show tiredness or has difficulty to get a strong signal?

Here's the thing: I read somewhere someone has the same ISP than me has the same issue, he finds out his ethernet was the cause. That what make me think it's could be the same for me.

Finally I was on Wi-fi card not ethernet on my laptop. I ordered a Wi-FI USB. I will tell you if that helped after I got it.
