Hello, I would like to add additional storage, but i dont have the option. However, Id i start a create a new shadow, I can add up to 5 TB. How can I do it without cancelling and restarting?

I was actually also wondering this. There is a section in your account settings on the website, however clicking it does nothing for me.

I am also having the issue, clicking on the add storage button does nothing, are you in the Canadian data centre? I sent a support ticket, but no response yet.

If you have the option in your Shadow to add storage in the United Kingdom Customer Area, since the new UI is not available for those yet, you can add up to 2TB, equaling to 2.25TB max.
Once the new page is available however, you will then be able to add up to 5 Terabytes of Storage.
As for the page not being available for some, it could be either an issue or storage not being available overall, which should be a situation that will be solved in the future.

About those in Canada the issue might be the same, the storage not being available as Shadow is even relatively new on that part of the world, then again, if it isn't available it is a matter of waiting and of course, you're always welcome to open a ticket to the Shadow Team and they'll check that for you. Just note that they have more tickets, than the usual most likely because of the Power Upgrade and the expansions in Canada and in the other regions, meaning more people will require help.
I'm not sure, if you want the storage to mod your Final Fantasy XIV, but no worries, you'll have it soon. 🙂
