#Shadow app not opening?

Does the shadow process appear in task manager ?
No
Tried running as admin?
Yeah, nothing
You don’t for some reason have 32Bit Os and downloaded the 64Bit version?
Well shadow has worthed for my other 22 days
For some reason yesterday and today has not been succesfull
Oh. I thought this might be a brand new shadow lol. That detail would have helped.
Okay so it could be appdata interfering. Uninstall the app(s) if you have more than Prod, beta for example. Head to Appdata and delete the all shadow related folders in Local and Roaming. Once done this restart your PC and reinstall via a freshly downloaded installer from your account webpage.
So what are the steps to get to appdata, and what do I type?

So I tried deleting all the files, refreshing, do I just reinstall?

Done, didn't work.
Weird, I honestly cannot think why. Hopefully someone else can assist, for now open a ticket with support see if they have any suggestions. Mention what you’ve already tried.

Also, is there any way this can possibly not affect my Subscription, this is just a waste of my last few days off their issue, not mine.
I mean it could also be something on your PC blocking it. Has anything changed since, maybe anti virus update or firewall changes. I don’t think it’s a shadow issue if your PC isn’t opening the app. If the app was opening and not connecting sure. Haven’t had any other reports of the app not opening at all, you could try the beta app too see if that behaves differently
I don't have anything but microsoft antivirus which is turned off.
Also, how do I know when they respond?
