The column next to it is MRT. MRT unfortunately cannot see what talents people have and adjust cooldown timers accordingly. Yet, I do like to use MRT for clicking a bar to send the player a message to use the ability.

for me I download the lua file(s) for the associated addon from my github page, then put them into C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft_classic_\WTF\Account\YOURACCOUNTNUMBER#1\SavedVariables

then open up the options for an addon

#

and typically go to Profiles > Existing Profiles and choose GhoulUI

for Plater > Options > Import Profile > then paste the text from https://github.com/bonedrums/ghoului/blob/main/Plater.txt
