I finally started building my printer. Sourcing the parts was quite difficult because I can't order from international sites like aliexpress. I couldn't find ball spring T-nuts, so I used slide-in T-nuts for the m5 and hammerhead T-nuts for the m3. The aluminum frame I used for the frame have a 5 mm inner diameter, so I went with M6x16 screws for the frame assembly. The parts are still being printed. For today, I planned to complete Z axis.

For today I completed my build journey. Tomorrow I will continue with ab motors and gantry.

AB motor and gantry assembly completed today. Tomorrow, I’ll install the Z-axis with the 10 mm belt.

Z belt and gantry installed. I used 10mm z belt without any issue. Bed plate is arrived and I drilled an extra hole because the threads stripped. Also applied the heat resistance gasket after 24 hour I will install the bed plate. Panels will arrive tomorrow and toolhead part will arrive wednesday. My plan is complete the build until weekend except octopus pro installation. Because currently Im using octopus pro board on my self build prusa i3 steel printer. I ordered gtr 1.0 controller board for my prusa and it will arrive next week. After that I will remove the octopus from prusa and install to my voron.

Hello everyone, panels, toolhead parts and psu are arrived. I built klicky probe and filamatrix stealthburner. Stealthburner fans and leds will be install tomorrow. Also In the future I planning build a boxturtle. Because of that I choose filamatrix.

High voltage wiring almost completed. Only bed and frame earth connection left. Wires are ready tomorrow I will remove the bed and screw earth connection also after sanding the frame it will be connected. Btt gtr v1.0 will arrive on monday after that I will remove octopus pro and pi 5 from my old printer and install to the voron. After the installation I can start to the low voltage wiring. I hope Wednesday printer will be ready for configuration.

Stealthburner build completed. Octopus pro and pi5 installed. Tomorrow I will start low voltage wiring. Also I found a digital tension gauge from printables. I can set correct tension with this tool.

Low voltage wiring is completed. I cant find extrusion filler strip for cable management. Because of that bottom of the printer little bit messy. Also i installed top and back panels. Tomorrow I will start to configuration part.

Finally I got my first print ! I used default orca slicer settings without any changes and result are not bad. Next steps are close the enclosure, wire management and fine tunning.
