#Raspberry Pi restarting mid print

I have a Raspberry Pi 3B+ combined with Octopus Pro V1.1. Running latest Klipper on MainsailOs.
Connected to the Pi are BTT HDMI7 and the Octopus.
Running stable until I start printing. Out of nothing the Pi does a restart and I tried various things to see what the issue could be:

  • Measuring power, stable 5.2V via GPIO
  • Lowered Max acc from 3000 to 1000.
  • Print without the HDMI7

Im running out of Ideas and thought asking here might help if someone encountered something similar.

# mystic ravine What’s providing the power to the gpio? How many wires are connected to the gpi...

I've got a meanwell 5v 3a psu connected to the gpio.
It's 2 wires, so positive and negative connected to pin 2 and 6.
I can provide a picture, but probably not before tomorrow as I am not at home today.
I've been next to the printer each time, it just stops printing. The hdmi freezes and all of a sudden I get the boot sequence of the pi showing on the screen. Fan stops as well. I've haven't been able te record it as it's kind of random (4%, 6%, 14% in print)

If fans are stopping that’s concerning for power issues

I'll have to verify. I will look at it again and even try to record it. Hopefully tomorrow, otherwise next week.
