#Required torque on Z-axis motors

Hi, I'm converting trident that I've bought to 2.4.

So I'm wondering what motor should I use for Z-axis. I'm seeing that in official the official part list there are nema17 that have 59N/cm of torque.
Is this torque required? Or could I maybe get away with nema's that I have from other projects, that have about 40N/cm or even the original motors from trident Z that have about 30N/cm (from what I looked in spec)?

Thanks in advance for any asnwers, and have a nice day...

You can definitely get away with lower. The Z drives have a 4:1 gear reduction in them.

Actually it might be 5:1…

Thanks that's what I've been thinking. Do you think I could get away with those trident-Z axis one's? + buy fourth one of corse

I know that. Because trident Z-motors have lead screws build in (cause mine are separate, motors have normal shafts and are connected to lead screws by shaft couplers), or because of smaller torque?

Well, one that I've bought from someone else doesn't 😂
