So I've successfully printed about 7 different prints. Then, after a fresh power up, my prints, after successfully X/Y/Z homing and gantry leveling, starts about 150 mm front to back and about 50 mm left to right from the center. Given that I never touched the "printer.cfg" settings, I'm baffled of what would cause this.

Can you post said printer.cfg (or even better a whole klippy.log so all include files are in it)? If you haven't touched it, maybe it's time. 😉
It might be the homing is a bit off, or the slicer has a different view of the coordinates than your printer does so it's putting things in a weird place or something.
