My 2.4 can't seem to get a very good chamber temp. Heated on 110c and hotend 100c, after an hour it measures 39C with a gantry mounted thermistor and 45C from the toolhead MCU.

I've got foam tape on all the panels and a clicky clacky door with foam tape as well. I can't see any gaps in the foam and frame shining a flashlight through. I've got stock Z belt covers but I'm printing ones that cover all the gaps including around the belts. Rear exhaust is not installed and has a blank plate put over the gap. Ambient temp is ~20C measured by analog thermometer and is kept steady with an oil filled radiator.

Any advice to insulate this thing better to get higher chamber temps?

a nevermore will only move a small amount of air, really

the other thing to consider is external insulation

the simple "blanket mod" can help drastically

Will see if i can get the fans for bed fans, though seeing where they go I'll prolly have to get a different filter solution to help with the ABS smell.

you can keep the nevermore in the middle and add the side fans and get a bit of benefit
