#fans not turning on

are these three pin tacho fans?
i believe you should be using PB5 (fan1) for the hotend fan and PB6(fan2) for the part cooling fan
see here
no thats what the aux board is for so its easier to take the faceplate off
the 2 fan ports and rgb port on the aux is designed specifically for the face plate parts
i'm just going by what the documentation says
unfortunately, it doesn't really give much information on those 2 ports on the aux board
where is this from?
google, but again they are 24v fan ports and as long as i set the config to [fan] & [heater_fan hotend_fan] and use correct pins it should work
so, that's likely ai bs, it has a habit of hallucinating
but what i said should work
i even asked fystec themselves and they said it should
ok, lets see photos of where they're plugged into
ok 1 moment need to take it off the printer
ignore the tape its just to hold the wires down atm
I have my hotend fan on the aux board.
do you have a sb combo v2?
is your config the same as mine?
im just trying to get the fans to turn on no fans work but the rgb turns on
you have the correct voltage fans, 24v?
yes
Try the default config first to see if you can at least control them manually.

Did you change the pin to what they posted
yea its the same pin as mine
Next step would be to confirm the fans actually work.
tested fans already they work
I literally used that configuration today
this is what im trying to figure out i tried this from there template and it just doesnt work
One of them is not, they have pb7 instead of 11
doesnt make a differance i put them both to 100% so one wouyld have came on
If you have a meter you should be able to check for 24v
sadly i dont mine broke last week
Is the board fully setup? CAN or USB?
USb
I HAD THE 1.3 SB WHICH WENT STRAIGHT INTO THE SPIDER V3 BUT THE V2S NEED THE PCB BOARD FOR CAN
nothing misaligned
woah, why the shouting? 😆
Are you using the new cable and usb adapter?
sausage fingers
usb adaptor
New cable?
Tried plugging into the main toolhead board to check it’s not a faulty aux board?
