I have an LDO rev D kit i built and am converting to a tool changer. Everything is going all right, I removed the switches for homing, followed the voron sensorless guide, got my gantry to move and collide with the rail while testing x homing. Now the problem starts, i have tried fiddling with the suggested setting called out in the guide but I get the same result no matter what: a soft bump into the side, where it sits jiggling until the 15mm move is done. I have been messing with these setting so much i finally set them all back to what the guide reccomends for starting points and am now reaching out for help.

I have verified that i do not need diag0 jumpers on my leviathan board, I am using the uncommented diag0_pin from the LDO rev d wiring guide pre made klipper config, which is ^!PG1, however if i follow the sonsorless guide i should use ^PC1. Either way neither delivers a different result so I'm pretty good and lost as to why my 5160's never stall when homing.

The problem you're probably having is that the 5160 is just really fussy to tune. If you don't have one already set up your homing macro to reduce the current to the A/B drives during homing to something like .6 or .8 amps and increase the speed to 50 or 60mms

even so you're likely to only get 2 or 3 for the threshold setting where it works the way you want it to. The window for the 5160 is WAY more narrow than for a 2209
