Hello all,
I have recently joined the 3D printing community and thought I'd dive in head first and purchase a voron 2 kit (full details in the title). My thinking being let's put those 4 years of engineering school to work... maybe to my own detriment.
So I get the kit and 3D printed parts, finished the Z gantry and main structure no problem, when I started to move to adding the belts to the X and Y gantries I find that I am missing the X carriage. Initially not a problem, I will skip to the next steps and circle back after I printed those parts at my school's makerspace.
To my horror I'm finding that i am missing a very significant portion of the essential 3D printed parts. Decorating parts would be fine as I print them myself but I cannot even achieve a working printer without them. I look at the store i bought them from online and I do not see them in the pics of the 3d printed parts. It seems they sell 3d printed part kits with "essential" and decorating parts with only part of the essential parts included!
Has anyone else ran into this issue? Is this a known thing that not all parts to have a working printer are included in the essential parts kit?? More importantly does anyone have a zip file of all the missing STLs so i can avoid the hours of sorting through folders and tracking down STLs of which parts I am missing individually?
My build went from a few weekends to now over 2 months as I have been at a complete standstill, please help I don't want this 3D printing dream to die! I have added images below of my exact printer configuration from the formbot website as well as the picture of the 3d printed parts included (formbot website provided).
