So for a while I've been getting missing layers and initially thought it was under extrusion. I have tried 4 different hotends and 4 different extruders. I have also tried numerous nozzles and tried recalibrating the rotation distance of the extruder. That did not work. Someone pointed out to check if my z layers were off. I printed a 20mm test cube and the z height came out 20.15-20.2 while the x and y were spot on. I checked my config rotation distance and it looked fine. Unsure of where to proceed.

If you checked different hotends and extruders, either all of them are really bad or we can eliminate this as a cause of the issue. I'd suggest looking into your Z rails and Gantry. Check if everything is properly tighten and if your z is moving freely. I'd guess this is something mechanical on your z movement. Have you done a resonance test? normally if something is loose, it appears on the test
