I disagree that you followed the directions explicitly as no one told you to install klippain yet you did

If you feel the need to pursue this, you can open up an admin ticket and pour your heart out

What transpired has already been reviewed by people at different levels, but if you feel the need to reiterate things again, then an admin ticket is going to be the best place to do so
