In mainsail it says I have 2 packages to update however this fails when I click to update. In KIAUH it says my system is up to date.
Is there a way of clearing this? I'm aware even if the packages are old it won't cause issues I just do not like having them appear in the update manager.

You need to remove bullseye-backports from your sources
As bullseye is now old enough that it only gets limited long term support from debian, and that doesn't include backports
Ssh in, and do sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
